Whether you are a season mortgage veteran or a "newbie" we offer generous compensation. We will work with a 'newbie" but you really need a real estate or mortgage experience or else the learning curve is too steep. The position is as an Independent Contractor, meaning we only pay you once you close a loan. So there's no hourly pay or salary. Only straight commission.

 

So if it's job freedom you want then we can provide it, as we don't have production quota's​
